Data Security & UAE Data Sovereignty

Enterprise software holds the core lifeblood of your business. We implement defense-in-depth security measures to protect client records against unauthorized access, alteration, or disruption:

  • Data Encryption: All data transmitted to AccountsPro Web PWA or managed APIs is shielded via TLS 1.3 with high-grade cryptographic cipher suites. Stored database volumes are protected with AES-256 hardware encryption.
  • UAE On-Soil Hosting: Managed cloud server clusters are deployed within Tier-3 UAE data centers, guaranteeing that client records remain within national borders in accordance with UAE sovereign data residency standards.
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Granular authorization hierarchies ensure employees only access data strictly necessary for their assigned organizational duties.
  • Disaster Recovery & Snapshots: Automated incremental backups are performed with scheduled snapshot redundancy and rapid disaster recovery capabilities.
06

Third-Party Integrations & Disclosure

Maxzone does not sell, lease, or monetize your company or customer records to third parties.

Data exchange occurs strictly when explicitly requested by our clients through configured API integration modules, including:

  • Accredited UAE Corporate Banking portals for commercial transaction settlement.
  • Licensed UAE Payment Gateways (e.g., Network International, Stripe, Telr) for customer credit card processing.
  • Accredited Peppol Service Points for upcoming B2B/B2G electronic tax invoice dispatch.
  • Lawful disclosure when mandated by UAE governmental or judicial authorities in accordance with state regulations.
07

Data Retention & Disposal

Enterprise transactional data processed through AccountsPro is retained for the statutory period mandated by UAE commercial law and FTA tax regulations (typically a minimum of 5 years for tax invoices and accounting records).

Upon termination of software service contracts or cloud management agreements, clients receive complete SQL database dumps, following which client records are permanently sanitized and purged from primary and backup storage arrays in accordance with certified data wiping standards.
